Eniola Abagun was not expecting a large number of guests for her 93rd birthday. She had been living alone for years. Her only daughter died 16 years ago. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren live far away.

I haven’t always been like this. I worked as a teacher most of my life, and it was a very nerve-wracking and dynamic job to say the least.
