– DON’T USE ANY LUBE CONTAINING SUGAR:
The importance of lubricants while making love cannot be overemphasized. Most people are aware that lubricants are used to reduce friction during intercourse thereby lessening any risk of injury.
However, it’s important to avoid using lubricants containing sugar because it can lead to yeast infection. So it’s advisable to use normal lubricants.
– DON’T EAT SPICY FOOD:
This will undoubtedly come as bad news to those people who love eating spicy food before making love. Research has shown that it’s not advisable to eat spicy food before making love with your partner as it might lead to acid reflux or indigestion.
Also, it can affect the taste and smell of a woman’s private area.
– DON’T SHAVE:
It is widely advisable not to shave immediately before making love due to some unwanted aftereffects. The human skin is really sensitive thus shaving before intercourse may lead to friction, thereby causing irritations.
However, if you prefer to shave, do it at least a day before to give the area time to calm down.
– DON’T DRINK TOO MUCH ALCOHOL:
Last but not least, it is important to avoid drinking too much before making love with your partner. And this is because when the human body prepares for intercourse, there is an increase in the flow of blood to the genitals which makes them self-lubricate.
However, too much intake of alcohol can hinder or interfere with this process thereby leading to friction and discomfort.
