THE MOST UNHEALTHY PARTS IN CHICKEN YOU SHOULD NOT EAT

JChicken is undoubtedly the best and healthiest meat we can eat, but there are some portions in chicken we shouldn’t eat. This is because these parts contain some germs which may be harmful to the human body.

These portions contain some arsenic compounds and bacteria which may be harmful to us.

1. The alimentary canal.

The alimentary canal is the digestive system from the beak to the anus. They are not healthy for human consumption. The beak, esophagus, intestines, stomach, and anus.

Feed and other things that the chicken feeds on are found here. Bacteria and other arsenic compounds that enters into the chicken are found in the alimentary canal. It is therefore not suitable for consumption.

It is very difficult to wash these internal organs properly. You may contact food borne diseases by eating the alimentary canal of poultry.

Some people may argue that those things passes through the process of boiling. All dangerous things are not eliminated through boiling.

Lead , mercury other metals that gets into some fishes in the water affect babies after they are consumed by pregnant women or nursing mothers.

The process of boiling doesn’t eliminate them. Babies of pregnant women and nursing mothers who consume some fishes like sharks, tilefish, bigeye tuna and king mackerel are affected.

The alimentary canal of chicken is exposed to toxins including drugs consumed by the bird before it was slaughtered.

Apart from the major part of gizzard that has a protective layer,all other components of the alimentary canal are exposed to dangerous organisms.

Humans may get food poisoning by eating undercooked chicken or by meddling with these components in the alimentary canal.

2. The lungs.

The lungs of chicken is equally not suitable for consumption. It may easily be affected by drugs consumed by the bird some days before slaughtering. Most farmers don’t obey safety tips in veterinary drug labels.

There is no need to talk about the feathers since they are in no way convenient for human consumption.

Conclusion: Chicken and turkey are very healthy meat for everybody. It is important to concentrate on the meat and throw away the offals.
